We stand behind the quality of our handbags and offer a two-year European legal warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults.

It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by chemicals (such as perfume or hand sanitizer), stains from materials like dark denim, pet damage, or misuse.

To keep your bag in the best condition, we recommend avoiding contact with rough or abrasive surfaces. For lighter shades, be mindful of dark fabrics, as dye transfer may occur. To clean your bag, use a soft, dry brush. For more persistent marks, gently wipe with a slightly damp cloth. Maintain the leather by applying a small amount of colorless cream (such as Nivea) with a soft cloth, polishing in circular motions.

We design our bags to last. Should a repair be needed outside of warranty, we offer a repair service with indicative pricing:

• Zipper replacement: €65
• Lining replacement: €120
• Strap replacement: €80
• Basic refurbishment: €30
