The customer may return any article to AESAERT within fourteen (14) days of delivery, without stating a reason, including discounted articles. Upon return, the purchase will be cancelled and the customer will be refunded the amount paid for the article. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
No refund will be granted for articles returned after this fourteen-day period.
Returned articles must comply with the return instructions provided by AESAERT and be in a condition consistent with normal inspection and fitting, as would be permitted in a physical store. Articles must be returned complete, in their original condition and packaging, together with all items originally supplied.
AESAERT reserves the right to refuse a return or return the article to the customer if it shows signs of use beyond normal inspection, is missing original labels, has been damaged by the customer, or if the return instructions have not been followed.
